★ Please note, upon reservation, our standard T&C’s will be sent out to you. Please read it carefully and let us know if any question within 24 hours of reservation. If no question is asked and guest checked-in as intended, the T&C’s will be treated as accepted.

★ Please note, a valid photo ID in the form of full driving license or passport will be required of the lead guest (booker). If we do not receive the ID, 24 hours prior to the check-in day, the booking will be cancelled. Full name and nationalities of all guests will be also be required. If we find more people at the property outside of visiting hours, you will be asked to leave the property without refund and may be charged for excessive cleaning.

★ Please note, early check-in and late check-out at 13:00 is possible for an additional fee , subject to availability and agreement before check-in. All early/late requests will only be confirmed on the day of check-in/out.

★ Please note, the property is located in a residential block of apartments, therefore there is a strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING POLICY. That includes all other parties like stag, hen, birthdays and similar parties. Property is equipped with extremely sensitive noise and motion sensors, if the rule is violated, you will be asked to leave without refund and no deposit will be returned.

★ Please note, the booker is responsible for any extra guests or visitors. No visitor should stay after 21:00, if the rule is violated, you may be asked to leave without refund.

★ Please note, a cleaning fee of £100 will be taken if property requires excessive cleaning.

★ Please note, all special requests to be made at the time of booking. Please note special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

★ Please note, 100% payment is required for all bookings made within the 14 days of arrival date. 50% deposit is required for all bookings for 7 or more nights made more than 14 days of arrival date.

★ Please note, minimum age of primary guest (booker) should be 25 years. If you’re not, please contact us immediately otherwise your booking will be cancelled and you won’t be allowed to check-in. Children under the age of 10 can stay for free. All guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a guest over the age of 25.

★ Please note, under no circumstances the property can be sublet to anyone. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted.

★ Please note, quite hours apply to the property from 22:00 to 07:00. Please refrain from excessive noise, if the rule is violated, you will be asked to leave without refund.
